Nikomu to neříkej
“Don’t Tell Anyone”: an ecosystem for early prevention, education and building children’s skills around personal boundaries.
Status as of 30 September 2026: we are testing the methodology in school talks, preparing the campaign and looking for partners for it. The chatbot and the Hope Centre are at the design stage.
Abuse starts by playing down discomfort.
Abuse usually does not begin with violence. It comes from someone the child trusts, and it starts subtly: an uncomfortable feeling is played down, a secret is agreed, boundaries are tested.
Children do not know when to stay quiet and when to speak up. They do not recognise their own boundaries. And that is exactly what we want to change.
Why our approach is different
Traditional prevention
- Deals with consequences, victims and help (too late)
- Warnings about predators and sexual violence
- Adults lecture and instruct children
- Identifying victims
Our ecosystem
- Targets the time before anything happens and teaches children to recognise risk (in time)
- Brings children’s discomfort and personal boundaries into focus
- By children, for children: we give them a voice
- Building skills: how not to become a victim
The core of our ecosystem
This can happen
Drawing attention to the problem and noticing one’s own feelings.
This is how I’ll recognise it
The ability to identify a risk in time. Where an innocent joke ends and manipulation begins.
This is what I can do about it
The ability to respond: talking to someone, setting boundaries and finding safe help.
A comprehensive ecosystem
Three pillars that build on one another, linked by a digital layer.
Nikomu to neříkej
An awareness campaign to strengthen children’s skills.
Information chatbot
It is meant to connect a child with crisis support across all the pillars. At the design stage.
“By children, for children” awareness campaign
In the first phase we do not talk about sexual violence at all. We focus only on discomfort, through humour and everyday situations.
Funny videos made by children, and influencer challenges on social media on themes such as “Do you think that’s OK?”
Embarrassing moments, good pranks vs. stupid pranks, “things people say that make me feel awful”, what I feel ashamed of, peer pressure.
Becoming sensitive to one’s own boundaries
We teach children to recognise when the boundaries of their physical and mental comfort are being crossed. Talking to someone is just as important as resilience.
Green zone
A harmless joke, fun, a good prank.
Amber zone
“Is this still OK?” Embarrassment, unpleasant remarks, a feeling of shame. This is where we teach children to be on their guard.
Red zone
A problem, manipulation, a toxic secret.
Skutečný kamarád: the educational layer
In schools we build on the awareness raised by the campaign with a programme that develops children’s psychological resilience.
Handling emotions, psychological resilience, setting boundaries, safe relationships.
School programmes and workshops.
Methodologies and materials for teachers and parents.
Hope Centre: a base and support
This does not exist yet. It is the next step, which we still want to build: a physical, safe space for the moment when boundaries have already been crossed. We describe it here to show where the project is heading, not because we offer such a service today.
The plan includes:
- Targeted therapeutic support in cooperation with professionals.
- Residential programmes and activities for children and their families.
- Follow-up professional services, so that the family is not left alone after a crisis.
Until the centre is up and running, we refer people to existing professional help. You will find trusted contacts on the Get help page.
Instant referral: what we want to build
The digital layer is still at the design stage. This is how it should work.
The child does not know how to interpret a troubling situation.
The child opens the information chatbot. The bot is meant to recognise that a boundary has been crossed.
It explains boundaries and offers possible solutions directly in the chat.
One click connects the child to Linka bezpečí (the Czech child helpline), crisis lines and specialist organisations. A real person.
How it works in practice
A child who knows their boundaries and knows whom to confide in has a much better chance of asking for help in time.
We are turning “the courage to bear it” into “the courage to speak up”.
The campaign draws the child in through a subject they understand (embarrassing moments, discomfort).
Through the “Traffic Light” and “Skutečný kamarád”, the child comes to understand their boundaries.
The chatbot is meant to connect the child with professionals without barriers.
In future, the Hope Centre is to provide follow-up professional care.
We are not starting from scratch
We build on years of work with children, parents and institutions. We are raising the idea of a “Children’s Certificate” with politicians, and we run the “Children in Safety” webinar for parents. The figures above are valid as of 30 September 2026 and are based on statistics from our YouTube channel, our records of school talks and our records of copies of the book given away and sold.

The strategic plan and architecture of the project as we present it to partners (in Czech): the problem, the 3T method, the three pillars, the digital layer, results so far and opportunities for partnership.

The presentation dates from July 2026. Its reach figures are older; the current status as of 30 September 2026 is 24,757 subscribers and 4.9 million views on YouTube.
Become part of systemic change
We are looking for strategic partners, corporate donors and institutions to help us put this ecosystem into practice and bring prevention to children before anything happens.
